Site work for a water / sewer project in Rosenberg, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Each Bid must be accompanied by a Certified or Cashier's Check, from a responsible bank in the State of Texas, or a Bid Bond, issued by a surety legally authorized to do business in the State of Texas, equal to five percent (5%) of the total bid amount. Make the Cashier's Check, Certified Check or Bid Bond payable to the Owner. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to accept any bid deemed advantageous to it and waive informalities in bidding. Project location: Project site can be accessed off Powerline Road. 2) Project Scope: This project includes detention pond excavation, amenity lake excavation, grading and fill placement on site. The outfall channel is considered a part of the detention basin. Project site is located in Fort Bend County MUD No. 162, City of Rosenberg ETJ, Fort Bend County, Texas. Bonds: Performance, Payment and Maintenance Bonds, for one hundred percent (100%) of the contract amount are required Completion of the Work within 90 calendar days after the date of the written Notice to Proceed for the detention excavation, swales, slope paving, and outfall components, and within 105 calendar days to reach final completion as determined by the Engineer QA Deadline: 9/14/2021
