As of September 15, 2022, project was awarded to Simon Contractors of SD, Inc., awarded amount is $3,773,724.92. Reconstruction of Sunburst Drive, Shadow Court and Treeline Court. Work includes realigning the roadways within the existing ROW, the installation of a new asphalt pavement section, water main replacement, the installation of new sanitary sewer mains and culverts to facilitate drainage. Project also includes the replacement of the existing 14" DI watermain at the intersection of Sheridan Lake Road and Catron with a 16" PVC main and casing pipe.
