Demolition, remodeling and renovation of a military facility in Cape Canaveral, Florida. Completed plans call for the remodel of a 27,000-square-foot military facility; for the demolition of a military facility; and for the renovation of a military facility.

A construction requirement exists to perform asbestos abatement, replace HVAC equipment and insulation, and clean HVAC equipment. Room 203N, 204 N, 205 N, 206 N, 207 N, Hallway (all North 2nd floor), restrooms not included. Repair Damaged asbestos containing material (ACM). Replace HVAC flex duct, registers, returns, and clean ducts and air handler unit (AHU). Replace damaged ceiling tile & missing insulation. Apply bio-cide for mold. Subject project calls for a proposal to provide all labor, equipment, materials, and transport necessary in performing all work required to renovate Hangar I Facility (B01711) Integrated Capabilities Office. The work consist of asbestos removal from rooms 204N, 205, 206N, 207N, hallway and all 2nd floor. Clean the air handler unit, the duct to main supply and return and apply antimicrobial agent, office areas, hallways, and carpet. In addition, apply antimicrobial agent to 2nd floor, replace damage ceiling tile, remove any jumper flex ducts from rooms to hallway, replace all supply and return registers and louvers on 2nd floor north side and perform a HVAC test and balance and re-adjust HVAC set points. Clean and properly dispose of any waste/debris. Provide the government a complete and usable facility in accordance with the project drawing and specification on Cape Canaveral Space Force, FL. Provide an environmentally sound and secure facility capable of processing critical mission operations.
