The Canaveral Port Authority is Seeking Qualifications From Interested Firms to Provide Planning, Design and Engineering Services for Continuing Service Contract, Pur-rfq-22-3, for the Canaveral Port Authority, Cape Canaveral, Florida. This solicitation is governed by CPA Policy POL-2016-002-PUR-3, Establishment of a Limited Communications Period with Respect to Procurement Procedures. These services will be acquired in compliance with the Consultants Competitive Negotiations Act, Florida Statues 287.055. The Maritime Purchasing Center is open weekdays from 8 a.m. to 12 noon and 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. A selection committee meeting will be held on September 6, 2022, at 2:00 p.m. for the purpose of reviewing proposals and preparing a shortlist or a final ranking. If the selection committee chooses to shortlist then those shortlisted firms will participate in presentations scheduled for September 12, 2022. Presentations will be followed by another selection committee meeting at 2:00 p.m. to determine the final ranking. The final ranking will be presented to the Canaveral Port Authority Board of Commissioners for approval at their regular September 28, 2022, meeting. The selection committee meetings will be held in the Maritime Purchasing Center, 399 Challenger Rd, Cape Canaveral, FL and will be open to the public It is anticipated that more than one firm may be selected. The Owner reserves the right to reject all proposals with or without cause, to waive technical errors and informalities, and to accept the proposal(s) that best serve the Owner.
