Renovation of a municipal facility in Boston, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 4,000-square-foot, one-story above grade municipal facility; and 27,000-square-foot, one-story above grade municipal facility.

Request for Qualifications for Construction Management Services, for the State Transportation Building and Mass. Information Technology Center (MITC) - Renovation and Modernization, Boston and Chelsea, MA. This project will renovate and modernize interior office space in both locations. Work at the State Transportation Building includes infill of an interior stair, mechanical upgrades, reconfiguration of interior office partitions and upgrading the finishes to approximately 63,000 square feet. Work at the MITC includes construction of a radio room and exterior radio antenna, building improvements to the main lobby/vestibule, reconfiguration of interior office partitions, and upgrading the office finishes. Firms interested in providing Public Construction Management At Risk services for State Transportation Building and Mass. Information Technology Center - Renovation and Modernization, Boston and Chelsea, MA, are invited to submit a Statement of Qualifications to the Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance (DCAMM). This Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is the first phase of a two-phase procurement process as set forth in M.G.L. c.149A. DCAMM is prequalifying firms interested in providing CM-at-Risk Services for this project through this RFQ process. The project will renovate and modernize the 6th floor interior office space at the State Transportation Building, 10 Park Plaza, Boston, MA. Work anticipated to be included in the scope includes infill of a interior stair between 5th and 6th floor, mechanical upgrades to the VAV system on the 6th floor, reconfiguration of interior office partitions and upgrading the finishes to the approximately 63,000 usable square feet on the 6th floor. Additional space to be renovated on other floors may be added as the project is developed through the study/design process. The project will also include renovations and modernization of interior office space at the Massachusetts Information Technology Center (MITC) located at 200 Arlington St, Chelsea, MA. The project work at MITC will include construction of a radio room and exterior radio antenna for a public safety agency. Building improvements to the building's main lobby/vestibule. Reconfiguration of interior office partitions and upgrading the office finishes The applicable minority workforce utilization percentage is 15.3 %. The applicable women workforce utilization percentage is 6.9 %
