Work at the State Transportation Building includes infill of an interior stair, mechanical upgrades, reconfiguration of interior office partitions and upgrading the finishes to approximately 63,000 square feet. Firms interested in providing Public Construction Management At Risk services for State Transportation Building and Mass. Information Technology Center - Renovation and Modernization, Boston and Chelsea, MA, are invited to submit a Statement of Qualifications to the Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance (DCAMM). This Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is the first phase of a two-phase procurement process as set forth in M.G.L. c.149A. DCAMM is prequalifying firms interested in providing CM-at-Risk Services for this project through this RFQ process. Additional space to be renovated on other floors may be added as the project is developed through the study/design process. The project will also include renovations and modernization of interior office space at the Massachusetts Information Technology Center (MITC) located at 200 Arlington St, Chelsea, MA.
