Renovation and modernization of approximately 27,000 SF at the State Transportation Building includes revised partition layout, new ceilings, painting, flooring upgrades, minimal plumbing, new sprinkler drops/heads, HVAC upgrades, new power, and data wiring. Renovation and modernization of approximately 4,000 SF at the Massachusetts Information Technology Center includes construction of a dispatch room, partition reconfiguration, new wall and floor finishes, new plumbing, fire protection modifications, new power, and data wiring. This is a Construction Management at Risk project under M.G.L. c. 149A. Interested firms MUST submit a Qualification Statement by the deadline and be prequalified if they are interested in later bidding on this project. DCAMM Certification applies for this process. This Request for Qualifications is the first part of a two-step process for Trade Contractors. First, interested firms must submit the Qualification Statement.
