The Rollins Ford Park will be constructed at 14500 Rollins Ford Road Nokesville, VA 20181.
The work consists of construction of a park with open space including, but not limited to, the following:
a. Two natural turf athletic fields and associated fence enclosure
b. Comfort station building
c. Two picnic pavilions
d. Playground with custom equipment for ages 2 to 12
e. Basketball court
f. Parking lot and associated infrastructure
g. Stormwater management facilities and other site infrastructure
h. Paved and unpaved walkways and trails
i. Meadows and landscape plantings

Bid security shall be in the form of a Bid Bond, Irrevocable Letter of Credit, Certified Check, or Bank Draft payable to Director of Finance, Prince William County, in an amount not less than 5% of the cost proposal. The bid security must accompany each bid response in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Any forfeiture of the Bid Bond is limited to the face amount of the bond or the difference between the bid and the next low bid whichever is less. The successful bidder is required to furnish a satisfactory Performance Bond and a Labor and Materials Payment bonds and, in an amount, not less than 100% of the contract amount The Prince William County Board of Supervisors reserves the right to reject any bids in part or in its entirety, waive informalities and irregularities in bidding, and to accept bids, which are, in consideration, in the best interest of Prince William County.
