Saving Project...

Site work and paving for a civil project in Thousand Oaks, California. Conceptual plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

Widen the right-of-way by 10 feet, which was dedicated by Regency Center at northeast corner of Agoura RoakINVestlake Boulevard. Project will add a second westbound left turn. Westbound approach will have two left turn lanes, two thru lanes, and one right turn lane. Traffic signal improvements to be coordinated with Caltrans include new signal poles, wiring, detectors, retaining wall, and signing/striping modifications. This project is included in the City of Thousand Oaks FY 2021-2025 CIP. Per the owner, as of August 1, 2024, this project has not yet started design. The owner states that hopefully they can start the design and engineering process in 2025 or 2026, with construction to start a year or two later. The owner states that they need to coordinate and seek permits and approvals from Caltrans as the Westlake Boulevard is Caltrans right-of-way. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly. Information listed in the CIP often evolves based on funding availability and the project details, including timeline and value, are subject to change.
