The CMAR scope of work may include interior demolition of flooring, walls, ceilings, lighting, etc. Full service MEP-Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing construction services will be required for the reworking and modification of existing systems including a fully automatic Fire Sprinkler and Fire Alarm system. The existing AHUs-Air Handling Units shall remain, but existing supply and return air distribution systems shall be evaluated for modification and/or replacement. Work shall include installation of low voltage Data infrastructure systems including all cabling for extensive A/V-Audio Visual systems. A/V systems and equipment shall be provided and installed under a separate contract and may include, but not be limited to Pan-Tilt-Zoom (PTZ) cameras, microphones and speakers in each simulation space. Equipment specifications will be provided by Owner. Simulated "Medical Gas" systems and terminations in labs shall be provided. All work shall be performed on an occupied educational facility with appropriate safety precautions, physical separations of occupants and workers.
