Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Lake Worth, Florida. Completed plans call for the construction of a clubhouse / community center; for site work for a clubhouse / community center; residential development; and residential development.
The West Palm Beach Housing Authority (WPBHA), as Developer and Building Contractor, seeks experienced, licensed subcontractors to bid on construction trades supporting the site development and construction of seventeen (17) detached Single Family Homes and a Clubhouse Building on two adjacent parcels located at 4531 Clemens St and 3563 Cottage Oaks Ln in unincorporated Palm Beach County. The project is known as the Prosperity Village Cottage Homes Project. All bids must be signed in ink and enclosed in a sealed envelope or package. All bids valued at $200,000 or more shall include a 5% bid surety. All questions are to be submitted in writing to Joel Hatcher; jhatcher@wpbha.org no later than 4pm on May 26, 2022. Bids submitted after the deadline shall be nonresponsive.
