**As of January 31, 2022 the project has been awarded to High Sierra Electronics Inc, but awarded amount is not available.** Notice is hereby given that bids are being solicited by the County of Placer on behalf of Placer County Flood Control and Water Conservation District to furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, tax, and services necessary for the ALERT2 Flood ALERT Network Update Project, Bid No. 20223. The Work generally consist of Upgrading existing Legacy ALERT stations to ALERT2 protocol and installation of new rain and stream stations with ALERT2 protocol. Installations include, but are not limited to installation of standpipe with ready mix concrete, placement of conduit and riser pipe, installation of antenna system, solar panels and grounding. The engineer's estimate for the Base Bid is $103,400. Questions regarding the Work or the contract Documents shall be submitted online on the bids&tenders(TM) website. Inquiries or questions based on alleged patent ambiguity of the plans, specifications or estimate must be communicated as a bidder inquiry prior to bid opening. Any such inquiries or questions, submitted after bid opening, will not be treated as a bid protest.
