Site work for a water / sewer project in Miami, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
CONTRACTOR shall review all documents, specifications, plans and scope of work provided by Miami-Dade County Parks, Recreation, and Open Spaces Department for work to be completed. Furnish all labor, equipment, and materials required to comply with the intent of the WORK described in the contract documents including but not limited to the maintenance dredging of approximately 14,180 square feet of accumulated sediment to a maximum depth of -8.0 N.A.V.D. ( -6.12 feet NOAA Mean Low Water) in Dock D at Pelican Harbor Marina. Class I Construction DERM permit, Construction Plans are included as reference. EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT: Bidder shall have successfully completed at least three (3) commercial projects of similar size and scope. Bidder shall provide evidence of this experience; project names; dollar values and contract information for verification purposes. This information should be entered on form 00450 Bidder's Statement of Qualifications and Business References, highlighting at least two comparable projects and using additional pages as needed. Contractor must refer to the Request for Price Quotation (RPQ) and associated project specifications for the detail Scope of Work.
