Site work and renovation of a civil project in Port Clinton, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The scope of work consists of various improvements of thirty-five (35) pump stations within the sanitary sewer collection system. A certified check, cashier's check or letter of credit in favor of the Ottawa County, Ohio, in the amount of 10% of the bid. If the contract is awarded, a Contract Bond will be required, which is a 100% payment and performance bond. The opinion of the probable cost of construction is $490,000. The successful bidder will be required to pay not less than the minimum prevailing wage rates established by the Department of Industrial Relations of the State of Ohio. Ottawa County, Ohio reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any irregularity in any bid and to determine the lowest and best bidder.
