Removal of various trees along county roads. The Ottawa County Engineer's Office is requesting price quotes for the removal and disposal of trees at various locations along county roads. Enclosed is a list of the locations and photographs of the trees. All logs, brush and stump material are to be removed from the site. Work is permitted Monday through Friday only. Ottawa County is requesting the work be completed by April 30, 2021. The current state of Ohio Prevailing Wage threshold is $27,950. The right to require prevailing wage payments is reserved if the quote or final cost for this project is close to, equal to or surpasses the State of Ohio established limitation. Total project costs under this limit will negate the requirement for the contractor to pay State of Ohio Prevailing Wages on this project.
