Only contractors having an establishment in Quebec and holding the license required under the Building Act (LRQ, cb 1.1) are eligible to tender. The contractor must accompany his bid with a tender guarantee and a letter of commitment for the performance guarantee, valid for a period of forty-five (45) days from the deadline date and time. for the receipt of bids in the event that the amount of the bid submitted is greater than $ 25,000.
