As of December 10th, 2021 this project has not been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. Each bid must be accompanied by cash, a certified or cashier's check, or a bond in the sum of not less than ten percent (10%) of the total aggregate of the bid price. Q & A deadline: Oct 07, 2021 8:00:00 PM EDT The successful bidder must deliver a signed Agreement, payment bond, performance bond, and all required insurance documents to the Director of Facilities and Fleet for acceptance before Owner will execute the Agreement and issue a Notice to Proceed with the Work. The bond documentation must be executed with a "wet signature" in blue ink. The Work will consist of: Sidewalk Repairs at The Richey Center. Successful contractor shall be responsible for all necessary equipment, tools, materials, consumables which shall include, but shall not be limited to, workers' supplies or protective garments, disposable items used in furtherance of completing the Work, labor, and supplies required to perform the work as specified herein.
