The County of Lake requests sealed bids from qualified marine contractors for the abatement services of lakebed structures and parts thereof in various states of condition. The Contractor shall provide such abatement service on an "as requested" basis, with no guarantee of any specified amount. The District shall notify the awarded Contractor(s) by one or more of the following means: phone, text, email, or fax. The awarded Contractor shall be responsible for responding to the requesting party, acknowledging the request within a 24 hour time frame.
