THIS SOLICITATION IS ISSUED AS A 100% SDVOSB SET-ASIDE USING TRADE-OFF PROCEDURES AND THE PROVISIONS OF SECTIONS L and M. The 628th Contracting Squadron at Joint Base Charleston, SC is seeking the HVAC Repair for NNPTC BEQ Bldg.2403 & 2404, Joint Base Charleston - Weapons Station, Goose Creek, South Carolina. The work includes HVAC repairs, exterior wall repairs and modifications, fire alarm system, complete removal and replacement of all exterior sealant joints including all liquid applied sealants, backer rods and silicone tape system on exterior walls at building expansion joints, metal roof repairs and modifications. SITE VISIT INFORMATION IS LOCATED IN SECTION H. NOTICE TO OFFEROR(S)/SUPPLIER(S): FUNDS ARE NOT PRESENTLY AVAILABLE FOR THIS EFFORT. NO AWARD WILL BE MADE UNDER THIS SOLICITATION UNTIL FUNDS ARE AVAILABLE. THE GOVERNMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CANCEL THIS SOLICITATION, EITHER BEFORE OR AFTER THE CLOSING DATE. IN THE EVENT THE GOVERNMENT CANCELS THIS SOLICITATION, THE GOVERNMENT HAS NO OBLIGATION TO REIMBURSE AN OFFEROR FOR ANY COSTS. Project Magnitude: Between $5,000,000 to $10,000,000.
