B5454 Renovation at Barksdale Air Force Base (AFB) Design Bid Build - B5454 Renovation, Barksdale AFB, Louisiana This is a one hundred percent (100%) Small Business Set-Aside solicitation. Magnitude of Construction is betw een $25,000,000 and $100,000,000; Period of Performance: 540 calendar days from Notice to Proceed. POC: bijay.gurung@usace.army.mil Please NOTE this solicitation requires offerors to enter a National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) score in the Supplier Performance Risk System (SPRS) . The NIST score is required before an aw ard can be made. Funds are not presently available for this acquisition. No contract aw ard w ill be made until appropriated funds are made available. **If the contractor fails to provide adequate and acceptable bond documents and insurance certificates w ithin ten days after contract aw ard, such failure shall constitute ground for termination for default w ithout the requirements for the Contracting Officer to first issue a "show cause" letter. The Government w ill not allow the contractor to w ork on the project unless the bond documents and insurance certificate have been accepted by the Contracting Officer and a signed Notice to Proceed has been issued to the contractor.** *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
