Pursuant to the provisions of Act 616 of the 1989 Acts of Arkansas (A.C.A. 19-11-801 and also contained within the Fort Smith Municipal Code Section 2-182) the City of Fort Smith, Arkansas ("City") hereby provides notice that the City will receive STATEMENTS OF QUALIFICATIONS AND PERFORMANCE DATA from all persons or firms who desire to be considered by the City whenever the City enters into any contract FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES throughout the year 2022. Said professional services are described as follows: external accounting; legal; financial advisory; architectural; consulting; engineering; construction management; land surveying; title search and insurance services; graphic design; advertising and video production services; software and website development services; land acquisition and appraisal services; and, aquatic park management and marketing services to be provided to the City on a negotiated basis, and, the City shall negotiate contracts for any other professional services when directed by state law. The City of Fort Smith currently requires hard-copy submissions; however, any person or firm may "also" provide their Statement of Qualifications and Performance Data in digital format by emailing such to. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this time.
