INDOT - 210 - Asphalt Resurface INDOT is developing plans to improve the existing pavement surface of State Road 135 in Johnson and Morgan Counties, Indiana. The proposed pavement improvement project will begin approximately 0.37 miles north of west junction State Road 252 (Morgantown ECL) at Reference Post (RP) 112+69.1 and it will terminate at East State Road 252, RP 118+63.7. The general location of the project site is shown on the Project Location Map and Vicinity Map (see Figures 1 and 2 in Appendix A). State Road 135 is a rural 2-lane highway with 12 ft lanes and 3 ft gravel shoulders. It is anticipated that the pavement improvement will consist of HMA overlay with partial or full depth patching as needed and that no widening is anticipated.
