# of Firms to Select 1 Prequalification Required: Yes Project Development Services - Bridge Replace Superstructure, I-70 EB and WB over Vermillion Creek in Putnam County The selected firm will perform the design and plan development work necessary to produce the construction contract documents. The selected firm will be required to provide Environmental Documentation, all Permits, Topographic Survey, Geotechnical Investigation, Pavement Design, Utility Coordination, Design and Plans including Right-of-Way plan development/Title Research, and Construction Phase Services. A traffic management plan is required. Additional services may also be required, such as Wetland Mitigation, Archaeological Investigations and/or Historical/Architectural Investigations. The selected consultants fee proposal shall be due 45 calendar days after the selection date for this RFP item.
