The Cherokee Nation is seeking sealed proposals from qualified companies to provide an expansion to material testing laboratory and also a new roof for the Annex II Building. Interested parties are to provide a sealed proposal no later than Friday, October 1st, 2021 at 5:00 p.m. The RFP packet contains all information, requirements, specifications, all necessary instructions and deadline stipulations. Sealed proposals will be accepted from Indian and Non-Indian offerers. Indian preference will be given only to bidders who provide proof of current certification from the Cherokee Nation Tribal Employments Office (TERO). Proof of TERO certification must accompany and be included in sealed bid submittal.
