Renovation of a multi-residential development in St Paul, Alberta. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
The intent of this bid call is to solicit and receive formal offers to perform the following Work: St Paul - Heritage Homes 2 - Replace Boilers. The work will be completed in two (2) phases: Phase 1: Demolish one existing boiler and respective flue venting as indicated and install two new boilers complete with heating water/gas/drain piping, flue venting system, respective pumps, respective controls, and accessories so that one boiler is operational and can heat the building. Phase 2: Demolish the remaining existing boiler, related piping, venting and existing existing controller. Line the existing chimney to match the diameter to the remaining appliances connected to it Btu/h load based on the CSA B149.1 gas code.
