The Contractor will provide design-build services to construct a 30-vehicle capacity parking lot in Peenaquim Park within the site limits of the disc golf course as shown on the site plan. The access to this new lot will be opposite of the existing gun range access. The entire parking lot and access shall be enclosed with a post & cable fence, tying into the existing post % cable fence along the roadway. The contractor will be responsible for ensuring construction standards are met and will provide all labour, materials and equipment to complete the work.
