Site work for a water / sewer project in Noble Township, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The completion date for this project has been set for 30th of September, 2022 to install the tile and reconstruct the open ditch and waterway. Final leveling and seeding deadline is the 31st of May, 2023. There are NO CROP RESTRICTIONS. The pipe installation shall be with a wheel trenching machine (no aggregate backfill required). ALL other methods of installation shall be installed with 4" aggregate bedding and shall be backfilled with same aggregate to cover the pipe. All aggregates used shall be included in the unit cost bid for the installed pipe except where noted in the construction plans. The Contractor will have a TOTAL OF 90 CALENDAR DAYS to complete the Open Ditch and Waterway reconstruction and Tile installation starting from the day of the commencement of the construction, to the last day all installed items of the contract are approved and considered completed. Leveling and seeding will be finished at a later date. The COGAN-BUEHLER DITCH will have NO CROP RESTRICTIONS. The awarded contractor shall also make arrangements with the landowner, and/or the farm operator for each specific property directly affected by this project for entry and/or right-of-way access to this project.
