Description

Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Buckland, Ohio. Conceptual plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The Auglaize County Board of Commissioners requests qualification statements and proposals from qualified professional engineering and construction management firms and/or other qualified consulting firms to perform necessary functions required for the PY2021 CDBG Neighborhood Revitalization Grant Programs: Village of Buckland Flood & Drainage Facilities / Parking Facilities / Parks & Rec. Facilities / Sidewalk Improvements. Scope of work includes, but it not limited to, assisting county staff with Project Design and Plan Preparation, technical aspects of the procurement process/project bidding, and for construction management/administration/environmental review record in compliance with federal Community Development Block Grant rules and regulations. All proposals must be responsive to the Scope of Services section of this RFP and must meet the content of RFQ/RFP criteria. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
