A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** Scope of Work The City is seeking proposals from qualified firms for the replacement of the existing playground. The scope of work requires the contractor to provide all tools, labor, materials, equipment, supervision, insurance, warranties, permits, bond costs, cleanup, and restoration necessary to perform the services as detailed in the scope of work. The scope of work for this project includes the following: 1. Demolition, removal and disposal of existing playground structure. 2. Furnish and install new playground equipment in the designated area (see image below) 3. Provide and install playground borders. This playground does not need to be excavated and installed at surface level. 4. The City will provide and install the engineered wood fiber mulch surfacing.
