Time of Performance. The Contractor shall prosecute the work no earlier than June 3, 2024, and shall complete all work by July 26, 2024 following receipt of the Notice to Proceed, unless an extension of time is granted by the Engineer The City of Oxford, Ohio reserves the right to reject any and all bids, including bids that, in the opinion of the Engineer, show evidence of unbalancing prices, and also to waive technical defects as the interest of the City may require The work for which proposals are invited consists of the furnishing of all labor, materials and equipment required for the Kehr Road Culvert Replacement. The City also reserves the right to hold all proposals for 60 days after the opening date, although not accepted or rejected.
