Renovation of a stadium in Fargo, North Dakota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a stadium.
The Project includes but may not be limited to the work described below: Replacement of Press Box window systems, countertops and minor interior finish repair. Replacement of rooftop mechanical unis, including line-set and ductwork modifications. Removal, repair and replacement of exterior joint sealant systems. A. The Prime Contractor will provide the OVERALL CONSTRUCTION SCHEDULE to correlate all work with all Contractors and trades to enable efficient, continuous and direct pursuit of the Work to obtain completion by dates per Instructions to Bidders. B. Construction Begins: No later than October 18, 2021. C. Substantial Completion: No later than April 22, 2022. D. Final Completion (Overall Project): No later than May 13, 2022. E. Overall Construction Schedule will be made available in electronic format per Section 01 3200 - Construction Progress Documentation.
