Demolition, site work and new construction of a multi-residential development in Fargo, North Dakota. Conceptual plans call for the demolition of a multi-residential development; for the construction of a multi-residential development; and for site work for a multi-residential development.
Fargo Housing Authority along with BlueLine Development is requesting Architects to submit qualifications to perform full architectural and engineering services for the demolition and redevelopment of a new housing community to be developed in Fargo. It is both of the requesting parties policies to assure that no person shall, on the grounds of race, color, national origin, creed, sex, age, marital or familial status, physical or mental disability, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or because of their association with a person or group of people so identifies, as provided by Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, be excluded from the participation in, be denied the benefits of, or be otherwise discriminated against under any of its federally funded programs and activities. Both requesting parties are committed to a program of equal employment opportunity regardless of race, color, creed, sex, age, nationality, disability, or sexual orientation. The successful consultant must comply with equal opportunity requirements. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
