Site work for a municipal facility in Tacoma, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a municipal facility.
This project has been awarded to Northwest Cascade. Amount is $442,000.00. Work generally includes but is not limited to the relocation of the existing generator and fuel tank and excavation and haul of contaminated soil located under the current fuel tank location. The work shall also include: Demolition of concrete block walls, concrete vaults, conduit and wire. Temporary Erosion and Sediment Control measures, structure excavation, and minor land clearing and grading. CLARIFICATION DEADLINE 9/30/2021 4:00 PM All questions must be submitted to (Andrew Robson, pcpurchasing@piercecountywa.gov) not later than 4:00 PM, Tuesday, September 21, 2021 The successful bidder will be required to complete all basic bid work within 25 Calendar days of Notice to Proceed.
