The work includes providing all labor, materials, machinery, tools, equipment, and other means of construction necessary and incidental to the completion of the work shown on the plans and described in specifications including, but not necessarily limited to the following: Install 15,000 SY of Full Depth Reclamation Base, 8-Inch Thick. Install 3,600 TONS of Level 2 ACP. Install 17,000 SF of Concrete Walks. Install 1,100 LF of 12-Inch Sanitary Sewer, 20-FT Depth. Construct 1,100 SY Trench Resurfacing. Install sidewalk on west side of Home Avenue, full depth road reconstruction of Home Avenue and Wood Avenue, and sanitary sewer improvements on Home Avenue and Harrison Street. All bids shall be submitted electronically in the form and manner indicated in the Bid Booklet, Special Provisions, or Addenda and shall be accompanied by proof of certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond executed in favor of the City of Milwaukie for ten percent (10%) of total bid amount. Bidders shall be pre-qualified with Oregon Department of Transportation in the appropriate Class of Work prior to bid opening. All work except shall be completed no later than October 31, 2022. The Engineers Estimate ranges from $3,056,000 to $3,565,000. No bid will be considered unless the bid contains, or is accompanied by, a statement by the bidder that the provisions required by ORS 279C.838 or ORS 279C.840, as applicable, pertaining to prevailing wages, shall be included as part of the Contract.
