Demolition, site work, new construction and addition to a pre-engineered storage facility in Havre de Grace, Maryland. Working plans call for the addition of a 200-square-foot pre-engineered storage facility; for the construction of a 5,800-square-foot pre-engineered storage facility; for the demolition of a pre-engineered storage facility; and for site work for a pre-engineered storage facility.
**As of October 20, 2021, there is only one bid received and the project will not move forward at this time.** Please RSVP to Michelew@havredegracemd.gov regarding attendance for 9/23/21 meeting. RSVP no later than 3pm on 9/21/21. The City Reserves the Right to reject any proposals that are not furnished promptly with all the required information, to verify the qualifications of all contractors. Such qualifications may serve as the basis for acceptance or rejection, and, in its discretion to reject any and all proposals or to accept any proposals found to be in the best interest of the City of Havre de Grace. Provide all necessary materials, labor and equipment to complete the 2 -- 10' x 20' extensions of existing garage bays at the Fleet Garage and installation of a 40' x 145' pole barn structure at the DPW Maintenance yard.
