Description

Site work and paving for a municipal facility in Havre de Grace, Maryland. Completed plans call for site work for a municipal facility; and for paving for a municipal facility.

Sidewalk replacement and installation including ADA compliant sidewalks and eight ADA ramps in the Somerset Manor neighborhood.All project questions must be submitted by the deadline of August 18, 2026 by 5pm. Phase 1: Remove and install approximately 8,500 square feet of sidewalk on Stansbury Court, Vancherie Court, and George Court. Represented within Exhibit 1 as a red line on the map. This will include the removal of dated sidewalk ramps to be replaced with ADA compliant ramps (8) to include the curbs affected by this work. Contractor will be responsible for the disposal of removed sidewalk and all restoration work associated with this project, to include the replacement of any damaged asphalt. Phase 2: Install approximately 1750 square foot of new 5' sidewalk and 2 new ADA ramps between George Ct and Warren St. Location referenced within Exhibit 1 as a black line on map.
