Site work for a water / sewer project in Richboro, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Scope of work for this contract includes: This contract includes cleaning and lining of sanitary sewer laterals and mains as specified herein. This work includes, but is not limited to mobilization and demobilization; mechanical cleaning, standard cleaning, root removal, mineral and grease deposit removal, spot repair removal as required, televising and inspection of sewer mains and laterals, lining sanitary sewer pipe (mains and laterals) with CIPP liner, bypass pumping, joint grouting, installation of new sanitary sewer cleanouts, installation of full diameter lateral to main connection (T-connection), traffic control, lateral re-instatement and grouting, restoration of all disturbed areas and coordination with the Authority, Township and residents as specified herein. Lateral lining shall be from the main to the right of way. Excavation will be required for lateral cleanout installation. All questions must be submitted by noon, Tuesday, October 19th, 2021; the questions will be answered by 5:00 p.m, Friday, October 22nd, 2021. A certified check or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the total bid will be required. Bid guarantees, performance bonds and payment bonds will be required in accordance with 40 C.F.R. 31.36(h). Bonds are required to be issued by a surety licensed to do business in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. The Authority reserves the right to waive any informalities, or to reject any or all bids.
