Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to an educational facility in Richboro, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 59,860-square-foot educational facility; for the addition of a 3,650-square-foot educational facility; for the demolition of a educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
Construction will be bid for the following Prime Contracts: Contract No. 1: General Construction Contract No. 2: HVAC Construction Contract No. 3: Electrical Construction Contract No. 4: Plumbing Construction The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and includes, but is not limited to, the following: 1. Selective demolition. 2. Building construction for new addition. 3. Existing building renovations. 4. Associated site work All questions must be submitted in writing as follows.
