Renovation of a water / sewer project in Richboro, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
Furnishing and installing a new 77KW/96,3KVA, 240/120V, 3-Phase, 4-Wire propane gas engine generator and a 400A, 240/120V, 3 Phase, 4 Wire automatic transfer switch for the existing Northampton, Bucks County, Municipal Authority's Highspire Pump Station at 135 Matthew Circle, Richboro, PA 18954. Generator and automatic transfer switch to be installed within the existing pump station building. The project also involves demolition and removal; coordination with the Authority during construction; alarm signals to the existing automatic telephone dialer; building/masonry alterations; restoration; coordination with the Authority for standby temporary pumping while the generator is out of service; along with all required wiring and piping associated with the installation work. Purchase and installations of the required plumbing components. Clarification Deadline 4/20/2022 2:00 Pm Contract Value - Electrical Contract - $100,000 Plumbing Contract - $6,000 Questions will be accepted until April 20 th , 2022 at 2:00 PM. All questions will be answered by April 22 nd , 2022 at 5:00 PM General Conditions which provide for the payment of liquidated damages to the authority, hereafter set at $ 250 per calendar day.
