Only bonds from companies licensed to do business in the State where the Owner is located will be accepted and the bond shall so state same. This project involves the installation of video and radar detection at five (5) intersections in Concord Township: Concord Road (SR 3007) & Smithbridge Road (SR 3046) Naaman's Creek Road (SR 0491) & Pyle Road (SR 3042) Smithbridge Road (SR 3056) & Bethel/ Station Road (SR 3025) Naaman's Creek Road (SR 0491) & Shavertown Road Concord Road (SR 3007) & Cheyney Road (SR 4015) Prospective bidders must be pre-qualified with PennDOT in accordance with Section 102.01 of PennDOT Publication 408 - Specifications, 2011 edition and the latest supplements thereof to complete traffic signal work (Work Class Code P). Bids must be submitted unconditionally. No bidder may withdraw bid within SIXTY (60) days after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities, or to reject any or all bids.
