Forms are contained in the Specifications, and bids will be accepted only from Bidders who have submitted this form in accordance with the Information for Bidders. Bidders will be required to comply with the provisions of the Public Works Contractors Bond Law of 1967 of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Act 385 of 1967, P.L. 869; 8 P. S. A 191 et seq. No bidder may withdraw his bid within 60 days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
