Bidding Documents may be examined at the Concord Township Sewer Department office. Contractors are encouraged to make an appointment for viewing the contract documents by calling (610) 459-8911 x108 Checks only and should be made payable to Concord Township. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids. Each bidder must deposit with his bid, security in the amount, form and subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders. Bidders will be required to submit with their bid a Bidders Information Form to the Sewer Department. Forms are contained in the Specifications, and bids will be accepted only from Bidders who have submitted this form in accordance with the Information for Bidders. Bidders will be required to comply with the provisions of the Public Works Contractors Bond Law of 1967 of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Act of December 20, 1976, P.L. 869,8 P.S. 191 et seq. No bidder may withdraw his bid within 90 days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
