One interview room (office environment) a. Two cameras pointed at opposite walls of the room b. Recording microphone c. Single switch to activate room recording d. 1 external room "interview in progress" indicator light 2. Two interview rooms (1 office, 1 cellblock) a. One camera b. Recording microphone c. Single switch to activate room recording d. 2 external room "interview in progress" indicator lights per room (two access doors) 3. Minimum 4TB storage system for video 4. Software package for recording, viewing, and downloading to a variety of sharing formats (DVDs, thumb drives, video files, etc). a. Videos, while centrally stored, should be able to be accessed by multiple computers within the department b. The ease and simplicity (minimal training) of this software will be a significant determinant in selecting a vendor c. Bid should include initial purchasing price of software and subscription or periodic licensing fees, if any 5. Removal of existing CCTV-style recording systems from rooms 6.
