Per the owner, as of November 8, 2022, an award has been made for this solicitation. A timeline for construction has not been determined. Closed solicitation has been included below for reference. ……………….. The Port of Everett (Port) is seeking Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified engineering firms (Consultant) to design a new fuel dock in the Central Marina. The successful Consultant must be able to start design in 2021 and have biddable documents ready before April 2023 to ensure construction can occur during the 2023/2024 in-water work window. Design includes but is not limited to, development of a new 500-foot fuel dock, including all necessary elements such as site design, engineering, permit assistance, environmental review, construction assistance and commissioning for fuel dock floats, small office/convenience shack, electrical distribution and lighting, communications systems, fire protection systems, fuel delivery system and installation of salvaged fuel dispensers (replaced in 2021). In addition, the Consultant may assist with design to demolish existing docks and pilings for Central A Dock and Central B Dock and may be requested to provide design for the demolition of the existing fuel dock, as well as design for a future dock which may occupy that current area. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
