Site work and renovation of a civil project in Medford, Oregon. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; and for the renovation of a water / sewer project.

The Contractor shall provide everything necessary for construction of two (2) separate chemical feed facilities; one located at 8301 Table Rock Rd., Central Point, OR and the other located at 4800 Fish Lake Rd., Butte Falls, OR. These facilities will provide delivery of sodium hydroxide in a controlled fashion to the potable water process at both locations. The Work to be performed under these Contract Documents shall include, but is not limited to: all clearing, grubbing, civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation and control, startup, and construction support for delivery of the specified buildings and apparatus. This project does not contain asbestos abatement work and the contractor or (any) subcontractor will not be required to be licensed by the Oregon DEQ pursuant to ORS 468A.720. MWC may cancel the procurement or reject for good cause any or all bids in accordance with ORS 279B.100. MWC reserves the right to postpone the award of the contract for a period not to exceed 60 days. The CONTRACTOR shall furnish all necessary machinery, tools, apparatus, materials and labor and to do the said work in the most substantial and workmanlike manner according to the solicitation, general provisions, general specifications and any special provisions hereto attached, and the plans therefore on file in the office of the applicable department of the COMMISSION, and in accordance with such modifications of the same and other directions as may be made by COMMISSION as provided for therein. It is agreed that said plans, specifications and provisions, and the schedule of rates and prices at time of construction as set forth in the solicitation and in the said provisions and specifications are hereby specifically referred to and made a part of this contract and shall have the same force and effect as though all the sums and provisions thereof were fully inserted herein.
