Renovation of a medical facility in New York, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
Deliverables are defined in the Appendix D of attached Office of Mental Health (OMH) contract boilerplate. The equipment covered under this contract is located at the NYCCC - Queens Children's Campus, 74-03 Commonwealth Blvd., Bellerose, NY 11426. Questions answered during the conference or site visit will not be considered official responses. All questions must be submitted in writing by the bidder. All eligible bidders will receive an email containing the official responses to all questions received by the due date. All written questions regarding this solicitation must be sent electronically only by Thursday, October 7, 2021, by 3:00 PM. Questions and answers will be accumulated by the NYS Office of Mental Health and sent to all potential bidders by Thursday, October 14, 2021. Questions and Answers will also be posted to the New York State Contract Reporter Ad. Minority and Woman Business Enterprises (MWBE), Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO), and ServiceDisabled Veteran Owned Business (SDVOB) program requirements are set forth in Attachment A.
