For new Transitional Housing to serve community members temporarily, as they wait for completion of their affordable housing. Maricopa County Section 8 Housing requirements are to be used as a guide but is not required for the project. The project will consist of three (3) new, two (2)-bedroom permanent housing units. The site is located on 10th Street between Riley Street and Western Avenue and adjacent to City's new Arizona Complete Health Avondale Resource Center. Scope of the project to include site development with fiber to site from Resource Center, dry & wet utilities, parking, parking canopies, landscape, green space, bike storage, and secured play area with play structure. Housing unit's scope to include appliances and furnishings.
