Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Monroe, Michigan. Completed plans call for the construction of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
This contract shall consist of reconfiguration of internal office space within the first floor of City Hall, including modifications to the existing public-facing counters in four (4) departments, installation of additional interior walls and doorways, modification of the existing main building entrance, and related electrical and lighting work. The City of Monroe reserves the right to accept any proposal, to reject any proposal or to waive defects in proposals. A bid bond or certified check made payable to the City of Monroe in the amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the bid must be posted by each bidder with his / her bid. No bidder may withdraw their bid within SIXTY (60) days after the actual date of the opening thereof, but may withdraw it at any time prior to the scheduled closing time for receipts of bids.
