This specification details the technical requirements for the design, fabrication, installation, commissioning, and testing of the satellite plant refrigeration systems for Brookhaven National Laboratory's Electron Ion Collider (EIC) located in Upton, NY, operated by Brookhaven National Laboratory. Brookhaven National Laboratory (BNL) is a nuclear physics research facility partnering with Jefferson Lab (JLab) to support the EIC project as noted above. JLab will manage this procurement and acts as the Procurement Officer (PO) and Technical Representative (TR). The Supplier shall meet all of the requirements of this specification. The remote operation of this system shall be through a BNL-provided interface to BNL's control system. If you have any questions please let me know.
