As of March 29, 2022, a consultant has been selected for the project. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: The project consists of: 36,825 sq-ft Administration Building 149,589 sq-ft Maintenance Garage 21,564 sq-ft Salt Barn 5,152 sq-ft Vehicle Wash Building 17,516 sq-ft Warm/Cold Storage Building Project is being constructed in two phases. Phase I is under construction and includes: Salt Barn Vehicle Wash Building Warm/Cold Storage Building The Board reserves the right to reject any and all Proposals or to waive irregularities therein, and to accept any Proposals which, in the opinion of the Board, may be most advantageous and to the best interest of the County. This contract will be considered for award on October 12, 2021. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
