Last Day for Questions: March 21, 2022 no later than 5:00 PM local time The City of Buckeye is seeking qualified Engineering and Architectural Firms to provide general engineering/architectural design and construction administration services. The on- call list will be in effect for one (1) year, with automatic renewals, unless otherwise terminated by either party, for four (4) additional one-year terms. The on-call services may include federally funded projects. If selected to participate on a federally funded project the consultant and any proposed sub-consultants must certify in writing that they are not currently debarred and/or suspended and excluded from participation in federal programs. Any Task Order placed to the successful consultant will be placed by the specific agencies participating in this purchase. Payment for purchases made under this agreement will be the sole responsibility of each participating agency. The City of Buckeye shall not be responsible for any disputes arising out of transactions made by others. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this time.
